Possess strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation.Ultimately, your goal is to expand our business by establishing thriving, enduring partnerships with clients.Job Responsibilities:Source new opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls and emails.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Research accounts to generate interest.Maintain up-to-date awareness of company products and industry trends.Maintain a database of prospective client information.Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred).2 years experience (Preferred) as a Sales Account Manager / Lead Generation Specialist.Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).Leadership and management skills.Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.This is a night shift (Mon - Fri) position.
