Report, analyze operational monitoring for Regions current KPI (Gross Add, Recharge, MFS & Data) to ensure smooth execution of S&D.
Track MBU and Franchise Operation including Sales, MFS, Data, Devices, Retail Development in order to take important business decisions.
Data extraction for reporting from MSTR and coordination with Commercial Planning/Reporting & Analysis team.
Ensure delivery of different dashboards/presentations/reports to the management on channel performance and coordinate with regional team to ensure performance achievement.
Monitor and evaluate business growth analysis, cell site analysis and other ad hoc analysis as per business need.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Sales Operations Lead?
BBA/MBA/M.Sc Economics/MCS IT with 4-5 Year Experience in Sales Operation, complete understanding of S&D.
Business Analytics.
Reporting Expertise.
Telecom Business System Understanding (CRM / Billing System/Inventory Management Systems).
Leadership Skills - Candidate should have experience of leading a team as Sales Operations Lead will be managing 5 direct reports.
Efficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
