K3386 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank based specialist financial services organisation in its search for aHead of Learning and Development.You will build a world-class, agile, learning & development function, by enhancing a core curriculum of sales, management & leadership, sustainability, DE&I, and employee learning programs.The aim is to enable employees at all levels to perform effectively while they prepare for their next roles within the organisation and beyond.You will lead L&D design, development, delivery, and evaluation efforts across as well as leverage evidence-based techniques, models, tools, and resources that foster transfer of learning from classroom to workflow.This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a highly collaborative global HR team with an inspiring People Strategy in place as a key member of the Global Talent leadership team and an integral part of the extended HR Management Team.You will have experience of the financial services industryin conjunction with consulting and L&D-related system implementation expertise.Excellent salary, plus excellent bonus and benefits.
