Assistant Production Manager

Industry Preference :- Electronic Manufacturing Industry Only Experience :- 5 - 8 Years Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule, production planning and stock
• Maintain clean and safe workplace
• Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements
• Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies
• Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
• Increase production capacity and flexibility while maintaining quality standards
• Take responsibility for daily production output and product quality
• Ability to manage multiple shifts
• Monitor operations and take corrective actions to adhere to daily production targets
• Share metrics and performance targets with top management
• Recruit, manage and develop the work force
• Ensure a safe work environment for all
• Address employee issues or grievances
• Stay up-to-date with the latest production management best practices and concepts
• Proven managerial experience
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skill
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations
• Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
• Familiarity with industry standards and technical expertise
