Job Summary: Pyramid Consulting Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various Healthcare clients, in the USA. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage relationships with both candidates and clients. Roles and Responsibiliti

  • es Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for positions in Healthcare, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in the USA mark
  • et.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the timely fulfillment of job openin
  • gs.Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databas
  • es.Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural f
  • it.Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to share best practices and candidate pipelin
  • es.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting across different domai
  • ns.Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experien
  • ce.Maintain and update recruitment records, reports, and databases accurately and in a timely mann
  • er.Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. labor laws throughout the recruitment proce
ss. Skills Require

  • USA.Experience with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboar
  • ding.Strong sourcing abilities, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and other job bo
  • ards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation sk
  • ills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse industries and work in a fast-paced environ
  • ment.Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and visa types (H1B, GC, TN, etc.) is prefe
  • rred.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independe
  • ntly.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related f
ield.
