Your ideas will form the backbone of campaigns that span across print, radio, TVC, digital, and long form content.Communicate and Present: Articulate your ideas clearly, pitching them to both internal teams and external clients with conviction. You'll need to communicate in a way that's both professional and impactful, always open to refining your concepts based on constructive feedback.Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our dynamic creative team, fostering an environment of innovation and creativity. Your ability to collaborate will turn good ideas into great ones.Mentorship: Take junior copywriters under your wing, guiding them through the intricacies of the craft. Your experience and insight will help shape the next generation of creative minds.Oversee Tone of Voice (TOV): You'll be the guardian of TOV for multiple clients across various categories, ensuring consistency and brand alignment in all communications.Craft Development: Continuously hone your own skills and those of your team.
