Join our team as a Solution Architect, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. You'll be part of the IT department, reporting to the IT Manager. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals who are passionate about our products and services.

How you add value

Your key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative technical solution designs. You utilize your expertise to create detailed designs and technical specifications that guide the development team in implementing solutions and design solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

Additionally, you develop a comprehensive application roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology trends and establish and maintain an architectural landscape overview that provides a holistic view of the organization's IT infrastructure and applications.

Your role also involves communicating technical concepts and architectural decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, policies, and procedures related to architecture and design.

Finally, stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, you evaluate their potential impact on the organization's architecture and recommend adoption strategies.

Who you are

At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;

LEAN Black or Green Belt certification, or a commitment to achieving it;

Proven experience designing and implementing complex technical solutions;

Strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices;

Proficiency in English and Dutch, both orally and in writing;

Currently living in the Netherlands.

What you get

A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 5.000,- and € 6.000,- based on 40 hours a week;

30 Vacation days and the option to buy more;

8% holiday allowance;

Travel allowance of € 0,23/km with a daily maximum of 240 kilometers or fully reimbursed public transport costs;
