Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Job Responsibilities:Lead a collaborative, dynamic planning process to drive and prioritize successful execution of product delivery within applications.Oversee multiple projects and implementations, ensuring on-time, error-free delivery while achieving high satisfaction from customers and business teams.Bring a minimum of 4+ years of ERP Project Manager experience, complemented by a strong technical background in maintaining key project artifacts, including project planning, effort estimations, team management, change management, risk assessment, and customer/vendor management.Utilize bug tracking tools to monitor project activities, ensuring thorough status reporting and effective execution.Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with extensive experience in delivery models.Core Competencies:Lead cross-functional project teams, managing activities associated with both offshore and onshore projects.Guarantee timely product delivery through meticulous planning, monitoring, and execution of all project phases.Provide regular updates to the management and teams regarding project status and progress.Proactively identify and escalate any risks or deviations in schedule and effort.Collaborate closely with business functions to efficiently channel requests to development teams.Facilitate coordination between technology and business leaders for seamless day-to-day development and delivery across multiple tech teams.Leverage data-driven decision-making, logical reasoning, and analytical skills to enhance project outcomes.
