Role Overview:The Category Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key product categories for Healthify, focusing on driving sales and profitability across various online marketplaces.Key Responsibilities:Category Management:Manage product categories like whey protein, smart devices, and healthy snacks.Develop strategies for product launches, promotions, and pricing.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to boost category performance.E-commerce Operations:Oversee e-commerce operations for Healthify across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.Optimize product listings, inventory levels, and promotions (including weekly offers).Build relationships with marketplace contacts to resolve product or service issues.Performance & Metrics:Track key business metrics such as Conversion, GMV, ASP, returns, and margins.Use data to make informed decisions and improve performance.Collaborate with marketing agencies to run campaigns and improve customer retention.Market Research & Expansion:Research new marketplaces for expansion and analyze competitors.Identify market gaps and growth opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in category management, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Experience managing product listings and P&L responsibilities.Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms.
