We're looking for a dynamic and visionary Key Account Manager Lead to spearhead our efforts and take our e-commerce platforms to new heights!Role Purpose: As the Key Account Manager Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our e-commerce strategy, responsible for developing and executing ambitious growth plans. Your leadership will ensure our brand's strong presence and profitability across major e-commerce channels.Key responsibilities:P&L ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth plans for key e-commerce platforms (Amazon/ Flipkart), overseeing overall business delivery.Manage channel marketing, visibility, and consumer promotion budgets to ensure channel profitability.Visibility MetricsMaintain catalog accuracy and inventory levels to ensure comprehensive brand representationDrive content innovation to enhance organic reachEnsure brand visibility in key marketplace events and propertiesOperational MetricsEnsure consistent replication across multiple warehouse locationsCoordinate supply chain functions to maximize stock availabilityStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with marketplace teams, internal brand and category teams, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to drive brand growth and salesPeople ManagementFoster a supportive and collaborative environment, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities for team membersHire and build a passionate, self-driven team to sustainably and profitably grow the e-commerce businessWhat we are looking for?MBA from a reputed institute, with minimum 7 years' experience in ecommerce roles with P&L responsibilityPrior ecommerce marketplace management experience is a mustDemonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situationsA passion for numbersTop notch problem-solving skillsExcellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking abilityGreat at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders PRB
