New Product Development as per the budget planned by the management under category Herbicide, Insecticide, Fungicide, PGR/Bio Stimulant.Technical Sample evaluation and study by developing formulation received from various locations KRDC synthesis labs, CCPL Technical Plants situated across India, Import Technical and Domestic Supplier Technical.SOP preparation, implementation and five batch validation at plant scale of New and Existing Formulation.Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes to the plant.Physical and Chemical properties evaluation and study of incoming raw material for in-house R&D trials.Benchmark samples evaluation and comparative study for New Formulation and Development.Physical and Chemical properties check and study of incoming raw material for in-house R&D trials.Complaint sample evaluation and study from market.Goods Return (GR) sample rectification and study: Physical check of the GR material received, Sample submission for the testing as per the product specification, Rectification as per the test results to meet product specification.Day to Day trouble shooting of the products as and when required from the plant.Preparation, Packing and dispatch of samples for various department requirements: field biology team, registration team, market and sales team, export team. External testing laboratory.Product accelerated and long-term study as per standard guidelines.To assist in the preparation of finished good MSDS.Read professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations for New Formulation and development.Attend training programs for safety, equipment/instrument handling.Attend Seminar/training at any external university or institution regarding the New Technology in Agrochemicals.Participation in the meeting and provide inputs as and when required by department head.Indent to purchase department for any raw material.Indent to local purchase team for glassware, consumable, and stationery etc.RM Arrangement from store department for in-house development activities.Qualification: MSc Chemistry and 5 to 8 years' experience in formulation development.
