Job Title: SAP HR SupportYears of Experience Level: 8+ yearsJob Type: RemoteSkill Area: SAP HRMain Technology: SAP HR/ HCMMandatory Skills: (MUST HAVE SKILLS)SAP HCM Time Management, SAP HCM Personnel Administration, SAP HCMOrganizational Management, SAP Employee Self Service (ESS) / Managerial Self Service(MSS), Stakeholder management.Stakeholder managementOptional Skills:SAP Data Services, ITIL Knowledge (use of ServiceNow), Agile - Knowledge & way of Working.Roles and Responsibility: Provide technical support on SAP HR (knowledge on Employee Central will be a plus)As part of SAP HR System mgmt. team, collaborate within and around on the technical track of the project, and prioritize business and information needsResponsible for managing day to day processes, and timely deliver the tasks assigned by company's System Management teamProvide technical expertise in resolving issues, expected to work along with the team and contribute to the operation & maintenance, application support, Incident, problem, Change & release management, and testing.ITIL knowledge would be of great advantage, for a good focus on the Incident & problem mgmt. processes.Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hoursShare Industry best practices on implementation of Compensation Global template.Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
