Our senior management is Harvard, Wharton, Parsons, IIT, and IIM alumni.Position Overview:The SEO Lead will develop and execute the overall SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and conversion across ImpactGuru.com. You will work closely with content, tech, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed and outstanding results are delivered.Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, link-building, and content optimization to drive organic growth.Keyword Research: Perform ongoing keyword research, analyze search volumes, and track competitive performance to identify new opportunities and content gaps.Technical SEO: Collaborate with web developers to ensure that SEO best practices are properly implemented across all pages, including page speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture improvements.Content Optimization: Partner with the content team to create and optimize content that aligns with target keywords, search intent, and user experience for higher rankings and engagement.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders.SEO Tools Management: Manage and leverage SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to conduct audits, track progress, and improve the website's SEO performance.Link-Building: Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy to improve domain authority and organic rankings.Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, paid marketing, development, and product) to align SEO initiatives with business objectives.Key Requirements:Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in the e-commerce, healthcare, or crowdfunding sectors.Expertise in SEO Tools: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as technical SEO best practices for crawling, indexing, and rendering.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEO performance reports.Content Collaboration: Experience working with content marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present SEO strategies and results to stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of local SEO strategies and their application in the healthcare crowdfunding domain.Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization) tactics.Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or other relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
