Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant

About the Role:Are you driven to not just implement, but also design and shape Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery systems based on a deep understanding of business landscapes? Protiviti India is looking for a Business Continuity Management Consultant with extensive experience in studying business environments, understanding processes, and creating robust continuity strategies. This role is critical, as you will be working with one of our most significant clients—a Fortune 100 company.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Resilience systems.Conduct in-depth Business Impact Assessments (BIA), risk assessments, and develop strategies that align with client environments.Collaborate with business leaders to assess operational landscapes and craft business continuity and disaster recovery plans.Provide training and workshops to senior management on BCM and crisis management frameworks.Develop BCM policies and response plans tailored to specific business scenarios.Manage multiple high-stakes projects while maintaining strong client relationships.Ensure ISO 22301 compliance and provide BCM consulting with a strategic approach.Support business development through proposal development and presentations.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience leading the design and implementation of BCM strategies across at least 2 projects.Expertise in conducting business environment analysis and crafting BCM systems, not just implementing predefined processes.Strong client management and report writing skills.Familiarity with BCM tools and cloud-based continuity solutions.Mandatory Certifications: ISO 22301 /27001, CBCI / CBCP from BCI or DRII.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Finance, or similar fields.Certifications Must: Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 22301 (ISO 27001 may also be considered).
