What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul.What are we looking for?Roles/Expectations from the role:To perform a SME role for a Tools team which consists of various infrastructure monitoring tools specifically Splunk, Elastic Search and suite of Components.Qualifications4-6 years of experience in Network, Application, and infrastructure monitoringHands on experience with one of the HPE/Micro Focus monitoring productsSplunk, Elastic Search, UCMDB, Server Automation, Operation Orchestrator, and suite of Components.Ability to troubleshoot monitoring incidents leveraging Micro Focus / HPE product capabilities.Excellent communication skills and Strong Team management and mentoring skillsGood written and verbal communication skills including presentation.Must be very security conscious and do all it takes to avoid sensitive data falling into wrong hands.Have in-depth knowledge of management goals, visions and work in line with team members to achieve them.Language - ability to read/write English.ResponsibilitiesManage the flow of day-to-day operations and perform monitoring activities as neededProvide technical support to clients through various channels of communication.Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of Tools listed above.Execute defined operational and application security protocols, support of reviews and security investigations.Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education PRB
