Our mission is to enhance evidence-based practices in the development sector through initiatives like CoE-SA and SAJEP.Job ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to support project evaluations and decision-making processes.Research Support: Assist in designing and implementing research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.Reporting: Produce comprehensive reports that synthesize findings from data analyses and research activities.Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing analytical insights that contribute to project design and execution.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to interpret data findings and implement recommendations effectively.Capacity Building: Help develop the skills of junior staff in data analysis techniques and methodologies.Skills RequiredTechnical Proficiency: Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools.Project Management: Experience in managing research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.Education and ExperienceEducational Background: A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, or data science from a recognized institution.Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields, preferably within research or consulting environments.Personal CompetenciesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.This role is critical for supporting Sambodhi's mission to provide impactful research and evaluation services across various sectors, including education, health, and economic development.
