Creative Application UI/UX  Developer

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital platforms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll support the design and development of user-friendly websites that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience for our users. Job ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, design and develop visually captivating and user-friendly websites and UI for mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms that reflect our brand identity.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that translate design concepts into interactive and intuitive user experiences.Implement responsive design principles using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes, prioritizing accessibility and usability.Conduct usability testing, functional testing and adjustments based on user feedback.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.Work closely with design and development team to sculpt captivating user journeys across mobile apps and websites, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions.Managing multiple design requests efficiently, juggling competing priorities and deadlines with finesse.Follow up projects with estimated timelines & actual timelines to deliver the project on time.The ideal candidate would be:Bachelor's degree in computer science / creative multimedia/ visual communications or related field.Proficiency with video editing software, design, and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Photoshop) or other visual and wireframing tools.Experience in building responsive/adaptive web applications with HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript.Experience in React / React Native and relevant frameworks, libraries and technologies an added advantage.Understanding of fundamental algorithms and data structuresUnderstanding of UXUI design for both web and mobile applicationsHave strong aesthetic ability, solid art skills, trendy design smell, and ability to control space, form, texture, color, etc.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for creating seamless and delightful user experiences.Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely manner, with competing priorities and deadlines.
