Customer Service Officer
Zong CMPAK, PakistanResponsibilities:
Providing customer services to customers by answering their queries, requests, and complaints as defined in the process.
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
Ensuring smooth and flawless helpline operations.
Taking accurate measures against customer complaints and providing input to secure strategies for customer services.
TT generation of customers.
Participating in all team meetings and team-building/motivational exercises on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and contributing to managing team objectives through teamwork.
Responsible for meeting all targets/KPIs on a daily basis set by the department.
Showing excellent customer service skills and helping to improve brand image and loyalty.
