Let's move together!What you'll do:As a Buying Assistant in the Beauty Category, you will support the buying team in selecting, sourcing, and managing beauty products across various brands. Your primary focus will be on supplier onboarding, managing stock, and ensuring a smooth procurement process. You'll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to bring the best beauty products to our customers.Onboard new suppliers by gathering all supporting documents and setting them up in the system.Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information, ensuring content is accurate and clear.Manage reorders, replenishments, and follow up on open orders for clear OTB (Open-to-Buy) views.Ensure timely delivery of goods, resolving any issues related to orders or shipments.Collaborate with the warehouse or logistics team to manage stock issues, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and product bundling.Handle administrative tasks such as purchase order processing, invoice verification, and coordinating with operations on shipment clearance.Support brand onboarding on the Marketplace platform, guiding brands through account setup, content creation, and ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) processes.Benchmark competitor content, offers, and brand coverage to ensure Namshi remains competitive.What you'll need:Entry-level resource with a minimum of 2 years of experience in buying, procurement, or supply chain management.Previous experience in beauty and/or e-commerce is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze supplier performance and purchasing data.Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in resolving disputes and managing supplier relationships.Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with brands and suppliers.Ability to take full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.Who will excel?The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-pressure environment with a strong passion for delivering results.
