The Associate Manager - Demand Generation is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and organic search visibility. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution in both demand generation and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the company's online presence and achieve business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and digital advertising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and industries.
Manage lead nurturing and scoring programs to convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
Drive lead generation efforts to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Work with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure site health.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for demand generation and SEO.
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external vendors or partners.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role with a strong emphasis on SEO.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and demand generation efforts.
SkillsStrong understanding of demand generation and SEO strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
