It is a unique and powerful brand that belongs to athletes.Day to day duties will include:Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all customers.Helping with any promotions within the Store.Assisting the manager, you will be responsible for the effective running of the store and ensuring an exceptional level of service at all times.Helping management in leading and motivating the workforce.To be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:Good experience working within similar Sales Assistant roles.Have the enthusiasm to drive excellent customer service standards.You must be a strong team player with the ability to lead by example and, most importantly, you must demonstrate a real passion in Retail and our Brand.You should have good attention to detail and must be prepared not only for the physical aspects of the job but also be capable of retaining extensive product knowledge of the various departments and products to ensure that customers are provided with accurate advice and information, and are welcomed into a relaxed and friendly environment.Good computer skills are required.
