Accounting Manager

Job Description

• Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial reports and accounting data.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.
• Monitor the company’s accounts receivable processes and ensure achievement of set targets.
• Lead and guide the accounting team, including task delegation and performance evaluation.
• Provide training and support to improve team performance and enhance skills.
• Work with accounting software and ensure its effective use.
• Update and improve accounting systems in line with company needs.
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations for improving financial performance and efficiency.
• Prepare feasibility studies and assess potential financial risks.
• Prepare required financial and administrative reports for relevant authorities.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in accounting roles, preferably in debt collection companies, banks, or telecommunications companies.
• Strong skills in Excel and accounting software, with proficiency in financial data preparation and analysis.
• Ability to effectively manage a medium-sized team.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to achieve goals and perform under pressure.
• Experience with Egyptian tax laws.
