- Act as a primary spokesperson for application solutions being developed in liaison with the customer.
- Lead proposals of the assigned clients – prepare presentations, scopes, estimates, etc.
- Create SOW’s (statement of work) with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, dependencies, and contractual artifacts.
- Collaborate and develop an e-commerce strategy that encompasses the client’s business goals.
- Take complete ownership of delivering the assigned projects on schedule with quality.
- Establish a strong relationship with the client.
- Manage change requests and scope creep.
- Monitor project baseline to ensure that the activities progress as planned.
- Manage P&L (Profit & Loss) for projects, ensuring the margins and client SLAs (service-level agreements) are consistently met.
- Create and implement strategies to mitigate shortfalls within timeline and budget.
- Participate in key sprint activities like sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
- Oversee daily activities of the delivery team; provide direction and guidance as needed.
- Guide the team in requirement closures, design, development, and verification/validation tasks.
- Identify and incorporate productivity and quality process improvements as required.
- Make presentations, demonstrations for the customers and the internal management team.
- Work closely with key project stakeholders, offshore development team, senior management, and multiple onsite teams.
- Drive organizational initiatives like creating case studies, writing white papers, blogs, etc.
- 12+ years of IT experience in UI technologies/frameworks like Angular, React., Node, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Vue, Bootstrap, etc.
- 5 years of experience in offering end-to-end solutions and delivery management.
- Proven track record of developing and managing omnichannel applications using responsive design and cross-browser applications.
- Mandatory experience in using version control and CI/CD tools like Apache Subversion (SVN), Git, Jenkins, Cucumber, and Hudson.
- Expertise in agile execution methodology is mandatory.
- Good understanding of developing UI for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or Demandware) platforms
- Expertise in developing Amazon Web Services (AWS) Lambda functions.
- Hands-on experience in RESTful web services.
- A solution provider with an excellent understanding of industry-proven design patterns.
- Experience in configuring and performance improvement of UI applications.
- Strong background in delivering projects with first-time-right and zero defects in production.
- Should have worked in a cross-functional matrix organization and good experience in facing clients.
- Experience in pre-sales working on a request for proposal (RFP) / request for information (RFI).
- Expertise in using estimation techniques like use cases, function points, and story points.
- Fantastic experience in building teams, goal setting, coaching, and developing individuals to achieve the targeted results.
- Able to manage 50+ resources in a single account or multiple accounts or UI portfolio/practice.
- Must know how to publish programs or provide portfolio metrics to the management team.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms and businesses.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional presentation skills.
