Job SummaryThe HRIS Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that HRIS projects meet program objectives by creating and implementing change management strategies, HR Transformation, and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage. The position works to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees and the organization through an efficient and well-maintained HR information system.We are seeking an HRIS Team Leader with expertise in SAP S4HANA HCM, specifically in Positive Time Management and Payroll. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience, including a minimum of 4 implementation cycles in the MENA region and support for at least 3 projects.Key Qualifications:Integration experience between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S4HANA.Extensive experience in International Payroll, custom MOLGA configurations, and statutory/benefits processes for GCC countries.Strong background in Positive Time Management with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Knowledge of debugging and reading ABAP code is a plus.Proven experience in writing functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams on functional modules, and developing enhancements.In-depth understanding of the CATS process and proficiency in writing custom Payroll and Time PCRs.Familiarity with Fiori applications is an advantage.Job Responsibilities:Drive adoption of a structured methodology and lead change management activities on assigned projects.Deliver new business systems solutions by executing HRIS projects from end-to-end, participating in activities ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration, and execution, training documentation and delivery, and deployment.Serve in a consultative role using background and experience to design workflow processes and system configuration to leverage the value of the technology offerings.Establish change management strategy and develop metrics to track execution, monitor progress against key change management deliverables, and measure success of the change strategies.Provide project management for organization-wide projects/initiatives, facilitating team efforts and helping to define project goals, timelines, resource requirements, and planning to cope with conflict or stressor points in the plans.Enhance HR SAP/SuccessFactors processes and recommend implementation of appropriate initiatives and best practices.Assess risks associated with various change initiatives/projects and suggest and implement actions to manage any negative impacts.Identify and analyze resistance, prepare and deliver recommendations for risk mitigation tactics to the project leadership team.Provide a broad range of SAP/SuccessFactors support to all levels of employees regarding HR processes and procedures.Provide methods and guidance to HR to make informed decisions which facilitate the adoption of supporting change processes.Provide expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of change management strategy.
