We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Travel Agency in Lahore. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to our clients, ensuring their travel plans are seamlessly executed. You will have the opportunity to work with various airlines, hotels, and travel partners to create customized travel itineraries that meet the unique preferences and requirements of our clients.Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.

Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination information, and travel regulations, ensuring accurate and relevant advice is provided to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to negotiate the best rates and secure exclusive deals for our clients.

Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless handover of client files during rotation periods.

Assist in generating sales leads and actively promote additional travel services to clients.

Job Specification- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Travel Consultant in a travel agency.

- Excellent knowledge of the airlines and aviation industry, including understanding of flight schedules, fares, and ticketing procedures.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
