Join us and be part of a dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of technology and innovation!RoleWe are on the lookout for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our machine learning platforms. Your contributions will foster strong client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and promote product adoption.What You'll Do at MLNetworksAct as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges.Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive outreach to ensure customer satisfaction and product utilization.Provide onboarding and training to new clients, guiding them through the setup and effective use of our platforms.Collaborate with the product and support teams to address customer feedback and resolve any issues.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to existing clients.Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to mitigate churn.Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product development.Qualifications3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role with a proven track record of managing customer relationships.Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technology landscape.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.Strong organizational and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.As part of MLNetworks, you'll be joining a team that's committed to technological innovation and quick adaptation.
