Company description: FBD Holdings PLC Job description: Job Overview TheHR Reporting and Communications Manager will play a key role in the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting activities within FBD. They will contribute to the organisation's reputation, risk management, and stakeholder relationships through effective ESG reporting and contribution to strategy development. The HR and Facilities Reporting and Communication Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of ESG data and performance metrics, as well as compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners on CSRD reporting activities to drive sustainability initiatives and enhance transparency. The role is also responsible for communications strategy covering HR and Facilities activities. In addition to the ESG requirements, the job holder will also be responsible for the line management of the Group Facilities function and alignment with ESG strategy and reporting requirements. The group facilities function is responsible for management of buildings and facilities service necessary for the day-to-day operation of FBD across several of locations. Job Responsibilities Develop KPIs to measure, track and assess our performance across key sustainability topics. Track the progress of Impacts, Risks & Opportunities (IROs) related qualitative information and their implementation. Collaborate closely with the central ESG reporting team to prepare comprehensive reports, coordinating with topic owners from other business units for clarifications when needed. Help prepare presentations on CSRD initiatives and performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Ensure that reports are tailored to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, including board of directors, investors, customers, and regulatory bodies. Keep abreast of regulatory changes, standards and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency in the approach and ensure that our reporting practices comply with applicable requirements. Provide guidance and support in embedding ESG considerations into decision-making processes, risk assessments, and governance frameworks. Effectively communicate the HR and facilities strategy, including key milestones and KPIs in both verbal and written formats. Manage the Facilities Managers within the Facilities function to deliver a safe, effective, efficient and timely service to the business. Competencies A keen interest in sustainability matters. A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences or similar qualification will be a distinct advantage. Strong understanding of emerging environmental sustainability policies, standards, and best practice. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organise, and analyse large datasets using tools such as Excel. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple reporting requirements, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Excellent communicationandstakeholder management abilitiesto effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skillsto identify ESG risks and opportunities and develop appropriate strategies and solutions. Collaborative mindsetto work across departments and functions, fostering a culture of ESG integration and continuous improvement.
