Manager, Diversity, Equity and InclusionFounded by Samih Darwazah over 40 years ago in Jordan, Hikma's purpose is to provide affordable, quality medicines to the people who are competent. Based on very solid foundations, we continue to innovate daily and find practical solutions to transform the lives of the millions of people we serve.Hikma intends to recruit a Manager, DEI (m/f) to integrate into the People Function Department, on-site work.Main Responsibilities:Recommends improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Human Resources activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI roadmap and approach aligned with Hikma's goals and industry best practices.Collaborate with People Partners to integrate diversity and inclusion initiatives into recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention processes.Conduct regular assessments and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Facilitate training programs, workshops, and discussions to educate employees and promote understanding of diversity and inclusion topics.Serve as a resource and advocate for employees, providing guidance on diversity-related matters and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.Collaborate with external partners, community organizations, and industry groups to enhance Hikma's DEI efforts and initiatives.Organizes and supervises the activities to ensure that all work within a specific area of Human Resources activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.Prepares departmental reports of Human Resources timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.Complies with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.Profile:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration, preferably with an MBA.A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a dedicated DEI role or related field, with a track record of successfully implementing diversity and inclusion programs.Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, as well as familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or similar certification is a plus.We offer:Direct contract with HikmaSalary appropriate to the functions performedLife insuranceHealth insuranceAnnual Performance BonusHigh career prospectsIf you think this is a good opportunity for your professional career, join us and contribute to Better Health, within everyone's reach, every day.
