We're results-driven, with a team-oriented culture that's both fun and professional.We are seeking a dynamic SEO Manager who can enhance our online presence and search engine rankings for one of our product lines.Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates or willing to relocateStart Date: ASAPResponsibilities:Build and implement an SEO strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO plan that adapts to industry changes, maximizing organic traffic and aligning with business objectives.Build and manage an efficient SEO team: Lead the recruitment and development of a skilled SEO team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.Maximize website ranking & revenue: Enhance on-page SEO elements, improve website structure, and create engaging, SEO-friendly content to boost search engine rankings and drive revenue growth.Manage SEO budget: Effectively allocate and optimize the SEO budget to ensure efficient resource utilization, regularly evaluating and adjusting spending to align with business goals and market opportunities.Qualifications:Proven track record of SEO achievements for industry-leading brands in a competitive search landscapeExcellent knowledge of standard and current SEO practices5+ years of experience in an SEO position2 years of experience managing a team, preferredUSA SEO experience is a plusFamiliarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g. AHrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ)Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience in budget management and cost optimizationProficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is a must.Why you'll love working with us:End-of-year company holiday.Team retreatsHealth insurance contributionRegular salary reviews and bonuses based on performanceTraining and growth developmentRemote friendlyBe a part of a culture where your voice amplifies and your efforts resonate with collective triumphs.Location requirements: residing in the UAE or willing to relocate
