IT Support Engineer

Job Description :Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and applications.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Act as the 1st Point of Contact (POC) for assigned tasks.
Diagnose hardware/software or networking faults and solve them remotely for clients.
Provide technical support across the company.
Liaise with the Service Delivery Department to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
Proactively work with the recruitment team to onboard field engineers by conducting vetting calls.
Update clients timely on assigned tasks and provide technical reports.
Assist field engineers with their technical queries and procedural documentation.
Prepare field engineers for their tasks and ensure they are updated with the scope of work.
Follow diagrams and written instructions to install/troubleshoot issues.
Ensure all deliverables have been completed by the assigned field engineer.
Plan future improvements and suggest IT solutions to business problems.
Manage and prioritize numerous tasks/evaluations simultaneously.
Possibly train junior staff.
Job Specification :- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus.
