Dukan.Pk is seeking an experienced Manager Human Resource to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development. This critical role requires a strong leader with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record in managing HR processes effectively. While this role does not involve direct team management, you will be expected to work closely with various department heads and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. The role calls for proficiency in critical HR skills such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Conflict Resolution, Payroll Management, and Recruitment & Onboarding. In addition, it demands someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to support the organization's growth and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's objectives
Conduct full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Manage and improve employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Ensure compliance with local and federal HR regulations and best practices
Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs
Handle conflict resolution effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Manage payroll processes accurately and promptly
Conduct and coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
Monitor and report on HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs
Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related issues and policies
Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially
Coordinate and conduct employee performance reviews and implement performance management systems
