About the Role :Responsibilitie

  • sUnderstand key aspects of business operations / tariff structure / competitive position / regulatory environment
  • .Analyze data to identify
: i. acquisition target s ii. need for retention activity
  • .Work with internal stakeholders to formulate a strategy for respective Consumer(s) / Groups / Segments for lead generation / retention
  • .Disseminate targeted Communications including proactive communication regarding regulatory / tariff / awards / other development
  • sPromote Targeted Service offerings
  • .Prepare presentations, techno-commercial proposals, plans, contact reports as necessary, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately and negotiations with client and offerings value added services
  • .Stakeholder engagement at relevant external event
  • sPlan & host consumer engagement event
  • sTroubleshooting & advocating on behalf of key consumer(s) / groups / segment
  • sRegular reporting and MIS to ensure targets are being met and leads are being converted
. Qualification
  • s:Bachelor's degree & M
  • BA6+ years of relevant work experien
  • ceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
  • .)Excellent written and verbal communication skil
