An organisation is searching for a Senior Facilities Engineer, please see some of their job details below.Job DetailsThe project is very high profile, so candidates should be well presented with good communication skills. Candidates should also have a degree in an engineering discipline, ideally Mechanical with good knowledge of HVAC system maintenance. Candidates will have experience managing a blue collar workforce and should also be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services. In addition, they will be required to report back on contract performance, so an understanding of both KPIs and SLAs is essential.RequirementsCandidate Requirement: Degree - Engineering Facilities Management or Maintenance management experienceHave managed a blue collar workforceExcellent communication skillsExcellent client relationship management experienceAbility to work under pressure
