We support you to reach your greatest career goals through continued professional development, a positive work-life balance and undeniably cool engineering projects.Job Purpose: CH2M HILL is recruiting staff for their Independent Engineer commission for the major international airport development project being built on a PPP Basis in Madinah, KSA. As a Senior Representative, supported by four experienced construction professionals. An Engineer with MEP or Airports Systems expertise and experience in design and delivery of Airport Terminal Buildings and Infrastructure will be a key member of this team. Suitably Qualified engineers with experience of commissioning of building services or supervision of large public buildings in the Middle East such as shopping Malls would also be suitable.Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Responsibility for elements of the on-site Independent Engineer Services related to passenger terminal building, ancillary buildings and airport infrastructure, reporting to the Senior Halcrow Representative.Monitoring of quality and progress, and Contractor's application of quality, safety and environmental management systems.Flexibility in monitoring quality across multiple technical disciplines.Job Requirements:A university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or other recognized and relevant field.Experience in design and supervision of airport passenger terminal buildings, airport support buildings; or public buildings such as shopping malls, or expertise in commissioning of MEP Systems.Membership/accreditation of an appropriate professional institution is advantageous.Good project management and communication skills, strong commercial awareness and project control skills.Minimum 15 - 20 years relevant experience.About The Company:As a global leader in consulting, design, design-build, operations, and program management, CH2M HILL has the human and technical resources, the international footprint, and the depth of know-how and experience to help clients achieve success in any corner of the world.Company Industry: Construction
