Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of analytics tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.

Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations alongside your team, to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Establish and enforce best practices & quality for data management, including data governance, quality assurance, and security.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and engineering, and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

To be successful, you should have:

Proven hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results on time (Project Management Experience).

The ability to be agile in an agile environment.

Nice to have:

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is highly desirable.

Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

All interviews are currently being conducted virtually—via phone or video.

What you can expect from Jobber:

A total compensation package that includes an extended health benefits package with fully paid premiums for both body and mind, RRSP matching, and stock options.

A dedicated Coaching and Development function, including Development Coaches, to help build the career you want and hit the goals you set.

Support for all your breaks: from vacation to rest and recharge, your birthday off to celebrate, health days to support your physical and mental health, and parental leave top-ups.

A unique opportunity to build, grow, and leave your impact on a $400-billion industry that has no dominant player...yet.

To work with a group of people who are humble, supportive, and care about our customers.

We believe that diverse teams perform better and that fostering an inclusive work environment is a key part of growing a successful team. We welcome people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to working with applicants requesting accommodation at any stage of the hiring process.
