What is Sales Planning Executive?
The role involves strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs. The role reports directly to the Sales Planning Manager.
What does Sales Planning Executive do?
Strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs
Establishes effective monitoring through periodical reports and dashboards of sales activities & targets for all channels
Works with the relevant regional team members for enhancing capability, advocacy, and product penetration at retail
Assigns sales targets to sub-regions accordingly and ensures business growth
Foresees challenges and their impacts on business, suggesting solutions to regional teams
Ensures retail audits for the retail agent network
Devises appropriate strategies with relevant regional management to enhance sales and overall growth
Supports running ad-hoc analysis as needed to aid management in decision-making
Conducts weekly/monthly performance meetings with regional teams
Visits the market monthly
Responsible for Network Rollout Planning, site relocations, 4G upgrades, and formulating strategies for low revenue sites
Evaluates Location Based Offers performance, proposing monetization strategies and new LBCs as needed
Tracks base performance and strategizes to increase bundle penetration in recharge
Requirements

Education: Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BCS
Work experience: 2 - 4 years in Telco/FMCG/Tobacco/Start-up sectors in the following domains:
Performance Management and Insights
BI and Analytics
Product Planning
Trade Marketing/Brands with P&L responsibility
