Clinic Manager / Head Nurse - Non Operational - Saudi ArabiaRequisition Number: 49706Location: Johannesburg, ZA, 1685As International SOS' footprint continues to grow in Saudi Arabia, continuous opportunities begin to arise for nurses with Clinic Manager experience. At this point in time, and as this is not an operational role, International SOS is looking for nurses with Clinic Manager experience that also hold an additional degree in management or administration or similar and that would be interested in joining their Saudi Arabia team and therefore, willing to participate in a pre-placement interview with a view to being contacted once an opportunity arises.Positions are mostly based on a rotational basis of 8 weeks on duty followed by 4 weeks off duty. However, some may be offered on a residential basis. Economy flights, accommodation, meals coupled with all the necessary remote site insurances are provided.Overall Purpose of the Job:To provide leadership, management and co-ordination of support for all Clinic activities and in accordance with the strategic and business objectives of the location and group.Ensure delivery of competent professional and operational services through the development of strong medical and service operations teams, whilst effectively managing the facility assets, resources and equipment according to International SOS standards.Ensure that the Clinic is a customer focused, continuous quality improvement, cost efficient and profitable business unit.Qualifications and Experience:Registered to medically practice in country of origin/residenceMinimum 5 years' in health care system with at least 2 years working as a Clinic Manager/Head NurseBachelor's Degree in Nursing highly desirableMust hold an additional Degree in Management/Administration or similar.Must hold a valid ACLS (AHA) or be prepared to obtain at own cost if selectedMust hold a valid ITLS or PHTLS or be prepared to obtain at own cost if selectedArabic will be an additional advantageShould you be interested in applying for one of these future roles, please do so by attaching your current CV (in English) to this job advertisement.
