We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Recruitment Agency, we are looking for someone who can drive our marketing and business development efforts to attract top-tier clients and expand our reach in the market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:Experience in facilities management is required for the Business Development Manager.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and attract potential clients.Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and support their efforts in closing deals.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and business development.Perpetually assess the effectiveness of implemented business development strategies via continuous vigilance, enabling data-led adjustments and providing insightful counsel for continuous enhancement.Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and business development.Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.Highly motivated and results-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.Experience in managing social media campaigns and online advertising.
