With over 8 years of experience in delivering transformative solutions, you will play a key role in optimizing business processes and driving organizational efficiency. Your ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions will be essential in delivering high-impact projects.Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead and manage D365 F&O projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time and within-scope deliverySystem Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance the performance and functionality of D365 F&O to meet evolving business needs, implementing system enhancements and upgrades as requiredStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure that system functionality effectively supports business processesCompliance & Security: Ensure that D365 F&O adheres to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and maintains system security and data integrityData-Driven Insights: Generate and analyze reports to support strategic business decisions, and develop strategies to leverage data for enhanced business insightsTraining & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and internal teams, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure system effectiveness and user satisfactionIntegration & Migration: Oversee data migration strategies and ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft products such as CRM, Power Apps, Power BI, and AzureFinancial Modules Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge in financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Budgeting, and Project ManagementDevOps & LCS Management: Utilize your strong understanding of DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) management to support system development and maintenanceLicensing & Compliance: Manage Dynamics F&O licenses and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) to ensure compliance and operational integrityCommunication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and outcomesAssist in deploying ERP solutions while ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverablesWork closely with financial stakeholders to streamline accounting functions and enhance reporting capabilities using D365Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvementsQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Certifications (Preferred):Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant AssociateAdditional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc., are advantageousWhy dss+:Join dss+, a global leader in management consulting, where you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive real business transformation.
