Senior Technical Lead - System Integration and Testing

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team, focusing on system integration and testing within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in software development, testing, and debugging, along with a strong background in automotive systems. This includes expertise in base software, communication stacks, and AUTOSAR configuration. Additionally, the candidate should have domain knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs), particularly in areas related to battery management, charging systems, and electric motors. The role involves leading technical discussions, managing stakeholders, solving complex problems, and driving team competency in system engineering. Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on system integration and testing. Facilitate and drive technical discussions and decision-making processes. Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. System Integration and Testing: Design, develop, and maintain integration and test plans for automotive systems. Implement and configure base software and communication stacks, focusing on AUTOSAR standards. Ensure software quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and validation processes. Integrate systems into Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) simulators. Develop system integration test cases, particularly for the ePowertrain domain. Automotive and EV Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of automotive systems, including base software and communication protocols. Configure and integrate AUTOSAR-compliant components. Utilize domain expertise in electric vehicles, including battery management systems, charging infrastructure, and electric motor control. Problem Solving and System Engineering: Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Promote and enhance team competency in system engineering practices. Develop and implement best practices for system integration and testing. Project and Team Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with other departments. Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team skills. Skills Needed: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in embedded software development and testing. Excellent in C programming language. Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl). In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and AUTOSAR standards.
