Sales Marketing Manager

Preferable exposure and understanding of diamond jewellery category. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling incoming leads and build relationships with customers. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the product and work with the team for timely delivery of orders. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and build relationships with customers across channels
• Understand the product deeply to propose the right option to suit customers requirements.
• Work with the internal team for order processing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Merchandising and product development guidelines based on sales feedback from customers.
• Other marketing and promotions event related activity including need based travel

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in jewellery sales or related luxury field
• Excellent communication skills and follow
