Customer Service Specialist - InternationalLahore, Province of PunjabDescriptionAs a Customer Support Executive - International with Abacus, you will be responsible for handling customer issues and inquiries for international clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore. You will work closely with clients to provide timely and effective solutions to their problems, while ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and personalized.
Manage incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Job SpecificationExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Intermediate degree
Should be interested in the night shift.
Important DetailsWorkdays are Monday to Friday
Remuneration Package: 60k Gross + 10k Incentive = 70k
