Responsibilities Statement:To plan, organize and supervise all construction to be carried out in accordance with the specification, drawings, schedules, site QA/QC, safety and environmental procedure and programmed requirements and within budgeted cost levels.Qualifications / Skills/ Experience Required:Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent.10 years experience in the construction industry.Sound knowledge and experience in managing construction sites.Possess strong written and oral communication skills.Fluent in English.Proficient in MS Office.Exposure in design & build and turnkey projects.Self-motivated with good organizational and interpersonal skills.Able to cope with demanding schedule and lead/co-ordinate a multi-disciplinary team.Preferred:Proficient in Arabic.Previous experience in high-end iconic buildings.Immediately available.About The Company:
