Program Manager - Retail Industry | Saudi Arabia

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in Retail Industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.Working as an Program Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementations and support projects, ensuring alignment with company's strategic objectives. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, orchestrating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies.Key AccountabilitiesLead end-to-end program lifecycle from initiation to closure for SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, and other related projects.Manage the delivery of SAP Migration Programs, SAP EWM implementations, and SAP Hybris Ecommerce transformations.Ensure timely delivery within scope, quality standards, and budget.Manage program risks, defects, SLA/progress reporting, and change/release control.Engage with C-level stakeholders to align expectations and drive project success.Facilitate effective communication and management of stakeholder expectations.Manage relationships with IT partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.Ensure contracts adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).Identify and recommend new technology solutions, including AI, RPA, and Analytics.Ensure projects align with overarching business goals and objectives.Implement PMO governance, general IT controls, IT governance framework, and continuous integration.Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in project management.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Delivery Management, and Pre-Sales in SAP Implementations & Support.5+ years of GCC experience in customer-facing roles, managing C-level stakeholder expectations.Proven track record of successful SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP SuccessFactors projects.Strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP SuccessFactors.Expertise in PMO Governance, IT Governance, RPA, Change Control Management, and Continuous Integration.Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.Experience with tools such as HP Quality Center, HP ALM, JIRA, MS Project.Cloud experience with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, SAP RISE with S4HANA.
