Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development (L&D) Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Reports To: Head - HR Key Responsibilities: Designing and Implementing L&D Calendar:

• Develop and execute an annual L&D calendar that aligns with organizational goals and employee development needs.

• Establish and maintain L&D policies and standard operating procedures to ensure effective training delivery and compliance.

• Leverage L&D tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, track progress, and gather feedback.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through follow-up initiatives and assessments.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Utilize MIS to analyze training data and generate reports that inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee participation.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs to meet specific requirements.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences.

• Assist in managing the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

• Master’s degree preferred (MBA)
• 12+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
