We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Keeper who will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the hardware shop, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need.Maintain a clean and organized shop floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and labelledMonitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as neededHandle cash transactions and operate the cash registerProvide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaintsKeep track of sales and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for managementWork closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favourable termsTrain and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as neededStay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to better assist customersAdhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulationsQualifications:Previous experience working as a Shop Keeper in a hardware shop in Dubai/UAE is essentialProven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving salesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in operating cash registers and basic computer skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions and maintaining inventory records.Knowledge of hardware products and materials is preferred
