The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Planning will manage the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the right processes are in place to coordinate and deploy the volume and flow of information whether it's new content for our clients and advisors, change communications, or news about our culture; to our advisors, associates, and the public ensuring alignment with business goals.What will your role be responsible for?Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives. Provide hands-on support to steer strategic business initiatives from concept to execution and monitor their progress over time.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support across various channels and oversee the success of major cross-functional marketing projects to mediate anticipated roadblocks.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure the Marketing Operation function works to capture and present project execution lessons learned at project closures to foster an environment of continuous improvement.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.Compliance: Ensure all marketing technology and operational activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.What can you expect from us?Our most important investment is in people. MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, program or project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
