Senior Technician for Environmental, Hygiene & Occupational Safety

The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the most stringent occupational health and safety standards, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.As a part of your job, you will:Coordinate AHST activities, including managing external services.Ensure compliance with legislation and internal AHST policies.Contribute to continuously improving environmental and safety management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).Assess and monitor workplace health and safety risks.Define and track AHST performance indicators.Investigate workplace accidents and implement corrective actions.Develop and promote safety, health, and well-being initiatives for employees.Collaborate with the Occupational Medicine team and other areas, such as Information Security.Conduct internal audits and oversee external audits.Prepare periodic reports and lead awareness training in AHST.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Hygiene, Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields;CAP Level VI certification in Safety and Hygiene at Work;Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in certified companies;Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;Strong organizational, planning, and deadline management skills;Effective communication and teamwork skills;Good computer skills and fluency in English;Certifications in first aid and firefighting will be valued;Availability to travel to other Celfocus offices.Personal traits:Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients.Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy.Motivation for international projects and openness to travel.Willingness to collaborate with other players.Strong communication skills.We want people who like to roll up their sleeves and open their minds.
