Cluster Head - Academics and Operations

Key Responsibilities:Oversee academic performance across multiple campuses, ensuring the effective implementation of curricula, assessments, and teaching strategies.Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring adherence to policies.Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Ensure the integration of Islamic values into both the academic and operational frameworks of all campuses.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and the community.Manage and monitor resource allocation and utilization to support both academic and operational goals.Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or Management.
