A brand new role to support volume recruitment of a global FMCG company.You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process of a large volume of people predominantly for factory roles including senior level. You will be responsible for creating job descriptions, pre-screening candidates, interviewing and managing offers.You will be an experienced recruiter with understanding of headhunting, sourcing candidates via social media and job boards.This is NOT an admin role and requires someone who is confident speaking to candidates on the phone and in person.
